            Lampman Airport flying information

Aircraft can turn on the airstrip lights with their radio on 123.2 frequency by clicking their mike five times.

The Lampman Pilots Club was formed on July 30th, 1973 to promote recreational flying, and to manage and maintain the local airstrip. The runway  is 30ft wide by 3000ft long, with overruns at each end.

There is a small clubhouse that is kept open in case anyone has trouble. Over the years the airstrip has been used a number of times by people low on fuel, or caught in bad weather. To find it on your GPS punch in CJQ2.
